Both Ethan Hawke and Josh Charles have doctor badges on that say Dr. Anderson(Ethan Hawkes's character in the Dead Poets society is called Todd Anderson) and Dr. Overstreet(Josh Charles' character in the film's name is Knox Overstreet) which I think is a fun little detail that Taylor added.
