See if it's faster in reverse than normal, then switch the outside two motor wires n see if that helps, even though they are labeled doesn't mean they are always correct, especially when matching different ESC or even the same ones you buy together. Just a idea and it takes litterly seconds

I always soak my bearing in Lucas CLP gun oil and they haul consistently. Hope that helps possibly. Cheers 💯

Maybe older 2 pole esc and newer 4 pole motor or vise versa .the older Traxxas esc doesn't like 4 pole motors at least mine doesnt but its old has a sensor port hopefully that might help

Damn, that sucks! Sorry man, i was hoping to see some good runs. that esc may be on its last leg. It worked great when i boxed it up many moons ago.
