Someone on Ted Talk said "anxiety & depression is not a disease but it's signal"
So pray to God to show me what it is and our good good father just showed me today that my anxiety came from feeling that i did not achieve much in my life. But when i spend more time with our loving father i am reminded of how much i am love and so many things that i have archived weather how big or small.

Your voice is beautiful...i too have dealt with anxiety..God bless you. Mine a result of narc related trauma ..some of mine was being too worried about others opinions. Im learning to cast them down and it's getting better. To anybody else going through what I have ...dont listen to them . keep pushing forward and dont worry how fast or slow you go...just go.
