He started this show KNOWING he was gonna perform this song. He made us laugh for an hour and the whole time he knew he was gonna force us to face ourselves and our demons. Thatās balls and grit and knowing youāre gonna bare your soul and we might hate you but youāre gonna do it because you have to. Thatās something.

I always...always break out in tears when he says "I don't think I can handle this right now" for the first time. That's the moment you realize the seriousness of this song, and how it relates to an anxiety attack. No one has ever put weaved that feeling into words like Bo has here. This song is a masterpiece.

This is genuinely one of the best pieces of musical art in the last few years. It was him telling the world that he is not okay, cleverly masked and layered behind comedy all while having insane production value. It's incredibly intimate and you realize how truly vulnerable he is being as the song unfolds. The Pringle can and the burrito were just a metaphor for how he felt. He could fit performing and happiness into the same burrito. The Pringles at the bottom of the can are unreachable.
The yells quickly cutting back to music like they're being choked out. The correlation between "I wouldn't have gotten half of it" and "They don't get half of it".
It's really A1 art.

When he says āyou can tell them anything just make it funny make it rhyme, and if they still donāt understand it you just run it one more time.ā And then he goes back to the burritoā¦.man. Heās SO RIGHT, too. I will never get sick of this song. Bo Burnham is one of the most underrated artists Iāve ever seen. He is a lyrical genius and he shows his soul in a way thatās so genuine that you can actually FEEL what heās saying.
