Bruh. Your content has been so useful. As a former model with a great career I fancy myself pretty grade A meat but you give a lot of insight into some things that even guys who usually have a hold on their relationships/life can start to get laxed on. I admit I’ve fallen off the wagon and have gotten stagnant with how I handle relationships. This was a wake up call. Especially the ice cream metaphor. I used to live in the gym and always traveling to different states and cities but have been more domesticated as of late…. Need to go back to diversifying my attention and not putting my partners on a pedestal.

I agree to all points except 6. You don't have to be willing and open to adapt to every single social occasion and group. Yes it's great to have this skill and use it, but use it wisely. If the occasion or gathering or people is something you consider a total waste of time, something below your league or an event with 0 value or benefits of any type to yourself, it's totally fine to save your energy from socializing or even better showing up and wasting your time. It's totally fine to say no and choose where and how you spend your time.

Also got laxed on my facial routine. Saw one of your videos and looked up my facial structure from years back to what it was about a year ago and noticed my face was slumping especially after weight gain from bulking up in the gym and hitting about 12-18% bodyfat. Saw one of your videos recommended and started facial exercises, mewing and lost a ton of weight and now my jawline is looking epic again and under my neck which was drooping down like a mini double chin is GONE
