I've been using the dr joe meditations for awhile now, and I seem to be manifesting little things quite easily. I quit smoking after 2 weeks, without withdrawal. I just changed my mind and became a nonsmoker. That was over a year ago. I have lost nearly 60 pounds and I'm in much better health than I was 10 years ago. I wish I had known this information 40 years ago!

This is very helpful, thank you. As I listened, I did Theta healing on myself to deprogram and then reprogram myself. This is inspirational. I did disconnect myself from religion and western medicine and am healthier and happier. This is a great reminder that I can keep disconnecting and reconnecting to my direct line to Source.

I've manifested some wonderful things into my life in spite of my inability to do this perfectly. I've learned that nothing happens without intentional action in the direction that I want to go. The thought and belief that "it" is happening is imperative. This can also manifest in a negative way if your beliefs are geared towards negative things. I've also learned that lesson very painfully and didn't realize it until much later on...years after the negative thing happened and I looked back on the attitude I had at the time. Positive begets positive, negative begets negative. For me it's absolutely mandatory that I am aware of my thoughts and actions. There's a certain amount of discipline involved to this but it gets easier as time goes on. For me, the music I listen to, the media I watch, and the people I allow into my bubble can dramatically affect my attitudes. I must always be the guardian at the gate of my mind.
