I carried a father wound for 40+ years. Got into a relationship that mirrored my father’s wounding and crashed. I was finally able to meditate and heal that wound, forgave my father and told him afterward my meditation that I loved him. Which I never have done before. We finally healed our relationship after 40 years and never felt so free. I felt an intergenerational contract complete, it was the most exciting feeling I have had.

It's crazy, I watched this video and implemented his teachings, and literally a week later, the woman of my dreams came into my life, and we are now madly in love. I didn't do a damn thing. It's so crazy that when you resonate with the experience you want to have, you dont have to work so hard to make it happen. She is absolutely amazing.

2 years ago I started doing his meditations every day. Haven’t stopped since- life is just too good! I do other meditations too, and if they aren’t hitting I just go back to space between my eyes in space, and the pineal gland breathing technique.
