Everything about this is amazing. The clown makeup to me, represented feeling silly about liking someone who likes someone else or liking someone who isn’t the best for them. The holding the heart balloon represented the hurt and loneliness of finding out. Even if my own theories are wrong, this is how I feel and see in the music video.
