As someone who works out every day at school(doing weights, running miles, any kind of exercise that presses ur body), I can confirm it makes me happier. I sometimes DO NOT look forward to working out bc I get sweaty asf and maybe the workout is hard and makes me hurt or I'm js so done w the day, but after it's done I find myself thinking "it felt nice to move" or "I liked that" or "I feel better". Also every time I've gone to school w a Headache, feel nauseous, or am js completely sick, in my last period when I workout I feel fine and not sick at all afterwards. like u sweat out germs and dirty stuff and js feel better to get ur heart pumping

I plan to go meteorite hunting this summer. I'll be spending time outdoors and will be in the middle of nature. Wish me good luck. I hope everyone else has a great day today.

A ritual where I ask myself what I am most grateful for? Well, I always thank the universe every morning for not letting my phone alarm explode when I hit the snooze button for the 50th time.

yeh absolutely there are days when i'm aware of things i'm normally grateful for but cannot feel truly grateful for it. there are days i feel extremely stuck, it's tougher when nothing happens but i still feel stuck, like what's wrong with me. but at this moment i think this is the way that i'm learning to be more comfortable when i'm with myself. i think it taught me to live harmony with my own self. there are hard feelings and hard days but i think my response to them are much easier than before. i think it's a signal that i'm learning to understand and handle all of them. Thanks for the content of this video, i'll try. in my healing process, those vids from this channel have helped me a lot, so thankful for being able to watch those content šŸ’–

The reason why Florida is the sunshine state is because you can go outside and breathe air, touch grass, and see the sun for most days of the year. While in Michigan, you get seasonal depression because itā€™s cold for 10 months, weather is always all over the place, always cloudy, and the winter is just true sadness. I try to be happy about things when the weather is so unbearable and uncomfortable to even be outside or open a window, but itā€™s not the same. Consider your weather and how it affects your feelings, and move to a place you know will affect you in the most happiest of ways. šŸ’—

The tips on finding happiness in the small things really hit home. It's easy to forget to appreciate the little moments. Definitely going to start practicing gratitude more often. Here's to finding joy in the everyday! šŸ˜Š

Thank you for this video. Of the ones I've seen on your channel, it is my favorite so far. I would like to suggest if you are too nervous to go to a massage and you don't have anyone to hug, there are more things you can do: 1)find an animal to hug/stroke/pet 2) challenge yourself to say hello and smile to other people you see. It can help to imagine they are your friends already. Hugging isn't the only type of love that will make you feel happy. These are just some things I've noticed that have helped me. I hope they can be helpful to someone else too.

I agree that focusing on what youā€™re grateful for is key to positive thinking, including happiness. As someone who tends to be pessimistic, I have to remind myself to not be so critical or complain about minor things.
