I have spent money already trying to lucid dream and I can't I've gone into sleep paralysis and just, I get stuck. I have a dream journal and I write every detail I can. I just am so frustrated. I got somewhere like a year ago on one of your videos but all of a sudden I could not remember my dreams. I am so frustrated....

No they dont work, they have the same effect as a song on you, there's no such a thing of our brain creating a 3rd frequency, what works is if u associate the beats with lucid dream and thinking and believing that u are going to have a lucid dream hearing those beats, that's what works, but the beats itself doesn't work, there's a guy who has way more experience in lucid dream than you from the channel "Lucid Dream Portal" who always disprove rummors and theories about Lucid dream and one of them was if Binaural beats works or not, and no they don't, he's always disproving some stuffs and teaching how to do the lucid dream techniques in the right way, like the MILD for example, some ppl think MILD is just repeating to yourself that u are going to lucid dream until u fall asleep but there's way more to this technique and he taught in the best way possible, WILD, wild is not even a technique but a typa lucid dream and it doesn't even stands for "Wake INDUCED lucid dream" but "wake INITIATED lucid dream"
