Iāve went years with undiagnosed depression.. I was able to feel happiness and I could still genuinely laugh but most days I felt empty. I just thought it was normal. When I would think of a depressed person I would think of someone who was sad 24/7. So when I was diagnosed, I was in denial. Tbh I donāt know why I am commenting this? Maybe someone can relate?
