BOC were so far ahead of their time. Their amazing songs seldom sounded like anything that was around at the period. This made them awesome and at the same time so underrated.

This video footage was first shown on The Blue Jean Network back in 1982 and hopefully this full concert will be released on DVD someday. I still play guitar along to this recording to this day. One of Buck's best solos ever! I was lucky enough to be at this concert.

Sadly many utterly miss the talent in this band.. Buck is a SOLID lead player without a lot of gimmicks and he is often tossed aside for that. Eric Bloom has a wonderful voice, but because it's not ultra high, ala Ronnie Dio, he gets overlooked. It's very sad, that while so many bands from this era are still headlining arenas, these guys are often playing county fairs and big carnivals..

I never cease to be amazed by the sheer restraint Buck shows during the delay section. Of course, then he just shreds it and torches the place, but it's so easy to overload a delay.
