I love how light hearted this show was. The actors look so young and embodied the roles so authentically. Especially the chemistry between Nick and Charlie was breathtaking. There really needs to be more happy queer media for teens like this one.

I love how Charlie letās Nick lead their relationship while they are in public, holding hands at the party, touching hands in the theater and in their classroom, hugging and kissing in the bowling alley, etc. allowing Nick to feel comfortable and confident as their relationship grows.

Itās so refreshing to finally see a character that doesnāt push their lover away in the process of figuring out their sexuality. And even while Nick is figuring himself out, heās never mean, cold, or resentful to Charlie. He always takes Charlieās feelings into consideration and thinks about how his choices will/could affect Charlie. Nick is such good representation for kids/teens and even adults that may be feeling alone or struggling with their sexuality. Itās so comforting to see someone express that it is okay to be bisexual, and that you can take your time figuring it out. I love this show so so SO much. Words canāt explain
