It was so sweet to see Charlie fall in love with Nick, but seeing Nick slowly falling for Charlie nearly killed me. The small hand touch, him inviting Charlie to the party, playing in the snow, leaving the party to be alone with him... So many great scenes in the first three episodes alone

I love how Charlie let’s Nick lead their relationship while they are in public, holding hands at the party, touching hands in the theater and in their classroom, hugging and kissing in the bowling alley, etc. allowing Nick to feel comfortable and confident as their relationship grows.

It’s so refreshing to finally see a character that doesn’t push their lover away in the process of figuring out their sexuality. And even while Nick is figuring himself out, he’s never mean, cold, or resentful to Charlie. He always takes Charlie’s feelings into consideration and thinks about how his choices will/could affect Charlie. Nick is such good representation for kids/teens and even adults that may be feeling alone or struggling with their sexuality. It’s so comforting to see someone express that it is okay to be bisexual, and that you can take your time figuring it out. I love this show so so SO much. Words can’t explain

Go watch HEARTSTOPPER on Netflix if you haven’t already !! And If you have watched it, then go rewatch it again and recommend it to all your friends !!! I NEED a season 2 !! (UPDATE: IT'S JUST BEEN RENEWED FOR TWO MORE SEASONS PERIODDDD).
