I respect that you actually tell the audience the side effects, some YouTubers don’t and I’m glad that you put the effort in to keeping us safe! Thanks a lot Brett! 👍

The "glass skin" you see in photos of models is actually a thin base of vaseline with a fine powder on top and then a setting spray and sometimes a light mist of water.

I’m a 15 year old boy struggling with acne. I used to moisturize, put on sunscreen, and ice my face daily. My dermatologist prescribed a medication, and told me to stop all the things I was doing to my skin!! Now my actual skincare routine is just washing my face with high quality body soap😂 At first,I was really confused (especially because my acne was getting worse) but now my skin health’s slowly but surely improving!! Shout out to my dermatologist🙏 She knows what she’s doing😎 Love from Japan btw☺️

reducing sugar and refined carbs will help reduce acne because these turn into sugar -> increase in insulin (bad for acne). This will help acne, although insulin in some ways can help with things like muscle growth. But of course, too much sugar and refined carbs is not good for you and will have negative effects. One other thing is reducing cortisol, a stress hormone. cortisol is mainly caused by stress and can lead to acne. reducing your caffeine intake can definitely help reduce cortisol. if you're not willing to give up caffeine or you don't think it's what's contributing to your stress/acne, opt for green tea because it helps many causes of acne but does contain caffeine.

so well, I'm an 18 yo guy here and I don't really get much acne anymore . (at most around 1-2 pimples on face) I remember that I used to try plenty of different facewashes, moisturizers etc. What really helped me was drinking 3-4 litres of water everyday. I started drinking that much water mainly due to gym and stuff but it did improve my skin ALOT. Nowadays, when I watch myself in the mirror I get impressed and wonder if it is really me .

Tretinoin is a just a stronger form of retinol. Microneedling also helps

My tip 1. Cut nails 2. Change pillow cover daily 3. Don't touch your face only while washing your face. 4. No diary items 5. If you are having a head bath , wash your face after head bath 6. First wash your hands before washing your face 7. 3 times wash your face for a day

I see some fearmongering in the comments so i'm just gonna say that isotretinoin completely cured my severe cystic acne that made my entire face so painful that it would literally hurt to smile. Its been 5 years since i went off it and now i get maybe 3 small pimples a year while before i would get 3 - 5 extremely painful cysts a week. It also gave me a free nose job because my face was so oily that it swelled my nose and made it look bloated. A miracle cure is a fitting description for it. I would only recommend it for more severe acne though because it permanently reduces oil production in the face, which is good if you already produce too much like i did.

My daily routine is just washing my face with regular facial soap and lots of water whenever I take a bath. Lots of sleep and sleep early. I just noticed that my skin becomes smoother. No more pimples. That's it!

I did take Accutane, my skin was an inflamed mess of acne, handling the side effects was hell. It did get rid of most of the acne, but not completely, it also woke up a dormant eczema I had. I'm a very lucky guy, now I have pimples and eczema to deal with.
