if anyone's wondering, since this video's release, theyve added 12 hour time, imperial units support in general, and it's got iphone support too.Been using mine for about half a month now and asside from some connectivity issues (solved by opening the app) it's been pretty great

Loved that you did a review on this, hoping you'll do more reviews on budget friendly devices rather than only the elite ones

Got the same smartwatch and I totally agree with your points. This is absolutely a bargain for those looking for basic functionality without breaking the bank. Not gonna lie, it does feel a bit plasticky, but for the price, it's worth it.

I'm still using a smartwatch cost me $9 to provide all these features, obviously Chinese for 1.5 years now! The best thing about cheap tech is you don't care much about its aesthetic and beauty and can use it rough. For the use case, I get at least 7-9 days on a single charge. Although I wear it roughly 2 hours a day, it's always on. It connects extremely well with other devices. And I think that's the best use case - to control with your watch ~ like phone notifications, cutting a call (still don't know why Apple doesn't allow people to cut their phones if the phone is locked), changing music, and the step counter.

I've had a Dafit watch for a couple of years. It was about $30 and is still going. It has a mesh/magnet band that I like, although it also came with a plastic band. Its supposed to do heart, O2 and sleep functions, but I don't know how accurate they are. I charge it once a week and it just keeps on going.

Nothing can replace what the Pebble did. Simple UI for simple commands, and it did them all perfectly. Always on display and the battery life lasts a week. It was amazing.

Nice review, Marques. This looks very similar to my Wyze 47, which has worked flawlessly for 2+ years. I don't use constant heart rated monitoring or raise to wake, so a full charge is good for 2-3 months. Some good value to be had in these budget friendly devices!

Nice review. Curious how accurate the sensors and technology in the budget package are. If there was a side by side with Apple Watch/Garmin with some wear testing that would be awesome.

OMG Marques! Absolutely love a budget or mid range video, that makes technology more accessible to the chatter class

Hi, thanks for making the best videos out there! You always seem to surprise me with your eye for detail and the effort that goes into your videos. I would like to make one suggestion: Could it be possible for you to include a low budget category in the next smartphone awards? For example below $250. I like the value category, but feel like it would be a great addition to the video. Partly because I own a phone within this category and probably the next one will also be similar. However, mainly because worldwide it is a very important segment in my opinion as most people do not have a lot of money and like to have a smartphone. For example in Asia, the below $250 segment makes up a very significant percentage of the total smartphone market. Best regards, Daan.

Got the black CMF Watch Pro almost a couple months ago and am loving it. Incredible watch. I'm Canadian and ordered it from Amazon US and got it in a week. Build quality feels very premium, UI is beautiful and extremely fast, phone calls work flawlessly, music controls are handy and battery life for me using the watch all the time has been lasting at least a week, hasn't died on me yet anyways. Definitely looking forward to some updates as the watch has lots of potential.

You attention to detail in your set and clothing is incredible! The black globe with the orange boxes? The black, grey/silver and orange/red pullover? All matching the watch? Even the pencil and the cloth! I love looking for these details!

Only MKBHD can tease you with a random electronic in the background like that dope keyboard during a smartwatch review

I've used Bip U Pro and Bip 3 Pro which are similarly priced. Seems to be very similar functionality wise.
