Thing is you can do all those and still end up having attacks. So many more symptoms stated in this video including different type of vertigo swaying, rocking, falling. Blurred vision.,neck pain brain fog, fully body pain, paralysis too in attacks trouble is been focusing on getting 100% better what unrealistic (symptoms since 2018. Diagnosed 2021. Just got to try live best u can with this very unpredictable illness ๐

One thing that I found triggered my vestibular migraines to become chronic was getting glasses with progressive bifocals. I've never seen this addressed anywhere, but two months after getting those glasses I still hadn't adjusted to them, when normally it only takes me a week or so, and that's when my chronic vestibular migraine journey began. Previous to this, I typically had one migraine every 6 months, lasting at most 24 hours. I just want to put it out there in case it's also affecting someone else.

Just got my first episode today, it was so scary

I am suffering from migraine for 12 years now and during days of attacks I experience dizziness and vertigo even while lying down still. It feels like I am feeling motion sickness although I am not traveling in a vehicle. I got these all after walking on treadmill which i had to give up ultimately as the symptoms got very severe leading to multiple migraine attacks. What could be the reason for such symptoms? Is it vestibular migraine? Or basilar migraine as my physician told me?

If a triptan doesnโt do anything to help with the migraine /aura/ sensory issues from migraine, does that mean that itโs more related to vertigo then an actual migraine? Sorry if that sounds confusing lol Iโm just confused ๐๐๐ฝ

People who are suffering from vestibular migraine or any kind of migraine then start vitamin d supplements. Also try to avoid trigger food like chocolate, cheese, caffeine, artificial sweeteners,MSG , alcohol.,red wine. Half n hour sun bath to generate vitamin d . Its workseon me
