The algorithm is torture. Do what you gotta do to make this an enjoyable experience. Shorts is kind of taking over at this point especially since becoming monetized in February. Pump out a few of those a week with short hot takes. If the algo picks up one of them you'll see easy traffic coming to your account.

I watch your videos because I’m always interested in hearing your opinion and I value it. Ultimately, this doesn’t stem from having whatever degree or whatever editing skills; it just comes from having a good ear and a good heart and the courage to voice whatever you experience through them. You have all that, and it’s beyond precious. Take care of it and you will take care of yourself. Take time if you need to, change formats if you need to. To me, a video like this is as interesting as your other videos, even though it’s for different reasons, I’m still glad to hear about it and I wish to show you my support.

I have recently been getting into music specifically hip hop music because of your Kanye songs ranked video. I always saw Kanye as the funny famous guy and didn't think his music was all that. Hey man, I looked forward to watching your newest video every Friday while I'd eat dinner and listening to you talk about music would always get me excited about which ever artist or song you were talking about and made me want to listen to them as soon as I could. I get your struggle and heavily relate as I feel it connects to a lot of aspects of life where we so badly want to do something or should do something but the hardest part is just starting and realising that's the hardest part doesn't normally actually make it any easier, but I hope you can work through it bit by bit just as I'm trying to do the same also.
