Wenn ich diese Musik höre, dann bin ich hin und weg und den Tränen nahe. Es war in meinem Leben und auch im Leben meiner Brüder so: wir hatten einen eigenen Partyraum, jedes Wochenende war Party (unsere Eltern waren wirklich Engel)! Wir hörten damals alles was die 60er und 70er so hergeben (ich bin 1953 geboren). Auch die deutschen: Kraftwerk, Popolo Vuh, Ash Ra Tempel usw . Jahrzehnte später lernte ich auf einer neuen Arbeitsstelle einen Kollegen kennen, der aus der Tschechei stammte. Er arbeitete wie ich als Konstrukteur und war nebenbei auch Organist und bediente eine alte Hammond, die mir schon mal zur Reparatur gab. Er erzählte mir, dass er in jungen Jahren mit einem Freund die Tschechei verlassen hat, nach Deutschland kam, und zunächst in München sein "Unwesen" trieb und danach in meine deutsche Ecke kam. Sein Freund ging auch weg und ließ sich in Amerika nieder. Mein Kollege hat mir erzählt, wie er hieß: ...Jan Hammer...!!!

J'ai été bercé par ce genre de musique. Je me souviens, par ailleurs, entre 1989/90 que mes parents avaient offert les cassettes audio de la collection Synthesizer et avec un pote de lycée, dans le bus, on les écoutait. D'ailleurs, c'est Jean-Michel JARRE qui m'a donné cette passion du synthétiseur et de ses merveilleuses possibilité de son et programmation depuis Oxygène et Equinoxe et toute sa période 80's 90's. 🥰🥰🤩

This is the work of the Dutch producer / musician and sounddesigner Ed Starink (hence "Star Inc"), who has been the absolute master of making original sounding replica's for decades! In the Netherlands re-creating original tracks is not illegal as long as you hand over the income of all copyrights to the orignal creator(s). Ed Starink also was one of the very few people to own a Fairlight CMI in the mid 1980's. He is IMO one of the most underrated producers of the Netherlands. A true musical (and sounddesign) genius !
