“If touch could make them hear then touch me now” : Genius. Clairo is one of the most phenomenal lyricists/musicians/people in this generation. I cannot stress this enough, everything she puts out is pure quality and the fact that she makes like 200 songs and picks only 12 just shows how much of a hard worker and how passionate she is in her craft. Will be looking forward to future albums and also would be looking forward to see her band in action. Thank you Clairo for existing and providing us with these masterpieces

I could tell that she was on the verging of crying when she was talking about “Blouse” and being taken advantage of. I appreciate this song so much more now because I feel like people, especially women can relate to it. A lot of people can relate to wanting to do just about anything, even at the expense of your dignity, in order to get someone to really hear us or listen to us. It’s heartbreaking

This album to me feels like winter on a cabin far away from society, as you watch over a big lake full of beautiful greenery adornating the background. It's cold, raw, almost vulnerable, but it's accompanied by lyricism and instrumental so smooth and deep that it almost makes the whole thing worth it. It's almost like it's saying "Hey, life is hard, but it doesn't mean it's not worth it. Go live your life, breathe some fresh air, find your purpose, take in the beauty of nature, and relax"
