Fresh and Fit are on the rise despite their claims of cancel culture out to deplatform them. Let's talk about them.
This video took hours of mostly listening to the Fresh and Fit Philosophy. I probably lost a few brain cells for this one but a worthy sacrifice because there are a lot of conversations we need to have about the rise in alpha podcasts. I actually got lucky with Fresh and Fit linking directly to multiple sources that funny enough disagree with them flat out; but even that isn't enough. Because Fresh and Fit are a symptom. It's frustrating how many people think those under-appreciated lower paying jobs associated with women pay less because they just aren't important, as if teachers aren't one of the most important positions for maintaining a healthy society. I think it's the other way around. Work that is associated with women tends to be ridiculously under-valued

I'm a woman. I have a degree in one of the hardest courses at one of the best universities in my country, it is slightly niche but the knowledge I've gained is enough to be an engineer in many different branches too. And I couldn't find a job as an engineer for over half a year.
No, they wouldn't even invite me to interviews or send me tasks. I have the same degree as most of my peers who've managed to find jobs plus I have a skill which is required for most jobs in my field but most people only know the basics.
They still wouldn't answer. They wouldn't even give me a chance. Ive applied mostly for positions i was fully qualified for and even for unpaid internships - nothing, I had to find an unrelated job to sustain myself.
I'm not saying it's because of my gender, but those guys claim how easy I will have it due to affirmative action, and I've had quite a few men tell me how I sure must have it easy because everyone wants to hire women.
Idk, maybe my resume sucks, but my friends (guys, idk how about girls) from the same major seem to be doing just fine and working as engineers for the most part.

They dont just engage in misogyny, they engage in misogynoir. And the fact that they make the comments they do about Black women, with one of them being very much dark skin shows they know how colorism works for Black men v Black women. Wonderful video. Hey yāall!! Just wanted to say I was not expecting this kinda reach on the videoās second day. Thank you so much for the love and for engaging with my work. Also for the red pilled folks coming into the chat, I will be blocking/removing comments from anyone coming in bad faith, and anyone antagonizing others. Iāll have a conversation but will not entertain anyone attacking people in the comment section. I see some valid criticism coming in and while I do think I could make 100 videos to debunk fresh and fit Iām not going to. They are terrible and are spreading Misinformation at large so I stand by this vid 100%, fresh and fit are corny. For those saying ātheyāre not experts blah blahā they have a massive audience and claim to spit nothing but facts so them linking to sources that disagree with them is actually showcasing how little they think of their audience.
