This song means so much to me, I was depressed for a couple of years back and only now I'm starting to feel finally "ok", not happy yet, but I'm not that sad anymore. Not only that, but my dad used to ask me why I wasn't happy with life and I tried to explain so many time that I wasn't unhappy, but I wasn't happy either, I was just "ok", so one day I sent him this song, and I think he understood, because he has never asked me that again.

I love the line "so I set my bar real low." It illustrates the picture that you need to start small when getting over things like depression. Eventually, things that seemed monumental in effort seems like "real low." Hang in there!
