So underrated, he should be invited to all guitar legends tours. I'm not kidding when I say I'd rather hear Buck play live than Clapton.

I really like how they cart away the guitar in the end, instead of the guy...also, Buck's smile is so innocent and goofy - lol - looks like he had a lot of fun making it, though

MTV used to use bits of this video for their promos yet I never saw the video despite obsessively watching that network day and night for years in the early 80's. So happy to finally get to see this video.

I bought this album when it was released in 82’ and watched way too much MTV, but had no idea a video existed for this song until today. Thanks for posting it.

Buck Dharma is... "The Road Warrior" (and it is most excellent). I only saw this video one time in 1982, I think it was on "Night Flight." I know it was on some cable show, but I never saw it again until YouTube came along. Good stuff.

Buck's humor just permeates everything he does. That era, through the late eighties, was very tongue in cheek. It's all gone now.

Great song. The incredible thing about Don is that he never plays the same solo. Enough of the original to stay in context but always varied. The man just loves to play. He doesn't even remember the album versions note for note. The man is a special guitarist. New music by BOC will be sorely missed.

I was born to discover this BOC sorta song when I'm 63 and enjoy it as if I were 22 in 1982.
