One of the most underrated bands of the Seventies. All my respect, Buck.

🤩 I'm Brazilian, I live in the city of Sao Paulo. Today in 2024 I am 59 years old. I discovered BOC when I was 17 years old - I went to an undergroud store in the city center, and when I laid eyes on the cover of Some Enchanted Evening I fell in love - I asked to hear it - halfway through R Y ready to Rock I already bought it. After that, years passed and I bought all of BOC's albums (many were not re-released in Brazil, so I had to import them). BOC is the band that provided the soundtrack to my dreams and my life! Thank you Eric, Buck, Albert, Joe, Allen, and all the other musicians who were part of the Cult.

This song will always be special. There is a haunting melody to it which places it among one of the best classic rock songs ever.

Seems to be a guy who was smart enough to write this song for his range. No screaming or gymnastics and hence he’s able to sing this song in the same key 40 + years later.

Everything from the vocals to the guitars are haunting on this song. This is one of the reasons I love this song so much.

I've always loved this song. Can't believe it came out in 1976. 46 years ago. It seems like yesterday. I'm 60 years old and wonder where the years went.
