Wow! Buck throws us a great curve ball again! A guy with a bad heart tells his girl he's dying, She gets in a car with a stranger, gets into a fatal crash! He gets a surprise heart surgery, & finds out it came from his dead girlfriend! Damn! Still kinda romantic but creepy & disturbing!
