For non French speakers, here is a quick translation of Pomme's part :
Somewhere before dawn
When the light wants to see us
Somewhere in the world
A bird falls asleep without a sound
You and me
In the night we will find
Somewhere to put
The flowers we picked
Leave before dawn
When the light wants to see us
Somewhere in the world
A bird falls asleep without a sound
You and me
In the night we will find
Somewhere to put
The flowers we picked

As a french person, I LOVE this song
But the Pomme's part makes me think of my stepmother. She passed away 3 weeks ago, and the part where she sings "a birds falls asleep with no sound", really reminds me of her. She's now a bird enjoying a body free of sickness. She's watching her 2 teenage boys from above đïžâ€ïž

As a child I felt everything mattered. Things happened. I became jaded and cynical, lost my faith, saw the the world in a very deterministic way, and even began to doubt free will. Nothing mattered and I longed for my life to be over. I'm finally starting to see the magic in our universe again. It really does all matter- even if there are aspects of reality we'll never know- even if it's a simulation! We are all part of an incredible existence. Thank you for creating such genius art. It is helping me heal. I love each and every one of you amazing humans!

Aurora inspired me to write this poem!
She roams through wilderness
Her heart's illuminated with bliss
As she looks up to the sky
The wind touches her so bright
She feels nature with delight
Suddenly she's struck
The gods leave her with reality just such
All tribute becomes reason
To search with heart and mind in liaison
The aurora opens up above
And she knows to dance means love
So she moves until hope becomes truth

So if each song is inspired by the women and Goddess of Greek mythology, here is what I think each one is : 1. everything matters - Eos she was a Titaness and the goddess of the dawn, who rose each morning from her home at the edge of the Oceanus .
2. Giving into the love - Aphrodites goddess of love and sexuality.
3. Cure for me - IAOS the goddess of cures , and remedies.
4. You keep me crawling - Eleos goddess of forgiveness, clemency, mercy, and pity. She granted succor (succor -assistance and support in hard times or distress ) to all those who asked for it. This one took me the longest to decide on. This song is about the relationship of people with religion and most people turn to religion in hard times. Even many who aren't religious will pray to God when in a dire situation. Which makes me think of how people prayed to Eleos in hard times. Also the line "if you keep forgiving , if I keep forgiving Maybe I'll believe that you never meant for life to hurt for me" Why do I keep begging like the animal?" could be referencing how people stripped naked and cut off their hair at the alter of Eleos.
5. I exist for love - I have two possibilities . Amphitrite the goddess of the sea . She was the wife of Poseidon, God of the sea. He fell in love watching her dance and sing. It would make sense why Aurora is dancing and singing in a clam shell . The story goes she said no to the proposal at first but sent a dolphin god to convince her and she was convinced and married Poseidon. This could explain the lines "then I learned the truth how everything good in life leads back to you . And when I fall into your arms I exist for love. " Theory two it's about Aphrodite's again .
6. Heathens - Persephone goddess of the underworld .Of course referring to the Goddess of the underworld as a Heathen makes sense. She became Goddess of the underworld when she was stolen from Demeter. Her temporary return to the surface represents her functions as the embodiment of spring and the personification of vegetation and grain. Lyrics that allude to this story specifically are â She gave her love, her gift of life So we could live with herâ giving up her life to stay with Hades, and her love and gift of life is the plants that grow in spring when she returns to earth. She appears always together with Hades and the Underworld, sharing with Hades control over the dead, which is alluded to in the lyrics,.â We fell from sky with grace And landed in her soft and warm embraceâ â The unforgiving promise made to us
Unworthy of your light, your god, your touch We're guided by the lustâ Everything you touch
Will be Hers Our mother with no heart Will give Love Her love is yours But only if you give your heart to herâ alluding to dying and going to hell or the underworld by behaving like a heathen.
7. Innocence - Astraea, She was the virgin goddess of justice, innocence, purity and precision Her name meant "star-maiden" and she was on the earth with humans during the Golden Age of Man. She left during the Iron age because she thought it brought wickedness and sorrow. Astraea abandoned the earth and she transformed into the constellation Virgo. When she returns it is said she would bring about a new Golden age. â The innocent life, the innocent touch is never enough For the ones who love, the ones who love. The ones who loveâ alludes to Astraea leaving because of the wickedness of the earth, the innocence wasnât enough for humans. âDanger in the boy that would lose control. When everyone thought he had a heart of goldâ could be a reference to the Golden Age Astraea was Goddess of.
8. Exhale Inhale - Gaia the first Greek Goddess mother earth . It was believed Giai created herself out of primordial chaos. From her fertile womb all life sprang, and unto Mother Earth all living things must return after their allotted span of life is over. She personifies the entire ecosystem of Planet Earth. She works to maintain balance , and harmony.
9, Temporary High. Hera Goddess of marriage and birth. She is the wife and sister of Zeus. She was also the Goddess of the Heavens and the sky before marrying Zeus. She was known to be jealous and vengeful towards the many lovers and offspring of her husband Zeus. She was also known to turn her anger towards mortals who made her mad as well.
10. A dangerous thing- Deianira. Deianiraâs name means âdestroyer of her husbandâ or âman-destroyerâ. A princess of the Greek city of Calydon, Deianira was one of the three wives of the Greek demigod Heracles. She is most infamous for accidentally killing Heracles. The myth goes that a very vicious centaur named Nessus tried to kidnap Deianira; however, she was rescued by her husband Heracles. Heracles shot a poisoned arrow into Nessus, bringing down the wild centaur. Just before Nessus died he whispered into Deianiraâs ears, telling her to quickly take a sample of his blood. Nessus then ordered Deianira to form a love potion by mixing his blood with olive oil. The potion was intended to cure Heraclesâ unfaithful habits. She was constantly in fear he would leave her for his new love Iole. She smeared the potion on his lion skin shirt. She didn't know the potion contained the toxic blood of Nessus. Heracles put on his shirt then he started to burn in sheer agony; then threw himself into a funeral pyre and died. She then killed herself. Hercules is a dangerous thing because he a demi God of unimaginable strength. In her jealousy Deianira becomes a dangerous thing and âThere's no love in the end No love in the endâ
11. Artemis - Artemis goddess of the hunt, the wilderness, wild animals
12. Blood in the wine - Athena the Goddess of warfare, wisdom, and handicraft, She was the sister of Ares God of war Athena, who wore armor represented the martial functions include military strategy and generalship Ares embodied the physical valor necessary for success in war, along with sheer brutality and bloodlust, in contrast to his sister. âA thirst for pleasure and war A hunger we keep inside. âYou can drink, you can feast There's beauty in your beastâ
13. This could be a dream - Brizo â Greek Goddess of the Sea and Dreams. She was known as the protector of mariners, sailors, and fishermen. She was worshiped primarily by the women of Delos, who set out food offerings in small boats. Brizo was also known as a prophet specializing in the interpretation of dreams. âAnd if you come by, could you take me home?â could be referencing Brizo leading the sailors home. âThis could be a dreamâ could be a reference to her interpreting dreams.
14. A little place called the moon- Selene , the moon Titan . She was the personification of the moon .

translation of the French part (not sure how correct) :
"Somewhere before dawn
When the light wants to see us
Somewhere in the world, a bird falls asleep
Quietly, you and me
In the night, we will find
Somewhere to drop off
The flowers that we picked
Leave before dawn
When the light wants to see us
Somewhere in the world, a bird falls asleep
Quietly, you and me
In the night, we will find
Somewhere to drop off
The flowers that we picked
Leave before dawn
When the light wants to see us
Somewhere in the world, a bird falls asleep
Quietly, you and me
In the night, we will find
Somewhere to drop off"
