I'm from China, being a fan of Radiohead for over 20 years. In 1998, I was one day at a friend's house, when I about to leave, he gave me this album called "Ok computer". He said: 'throw it away or take it away, just keep it from my sight.' I got curious and had to listen to it. After the first time I listened to the whole album. I felt lost, depressed and something like seasickness. I decided to throw it away as my friend told me to. Before I do that I was caught up in something so I just left it on my desk. However, for the rest of that week, this music just stuck in my head. So I listened again. and again, and again...before I knew it I got obsessed with it and radiohead became my favorite band of all time. To see a live show of them is on top of my bucket list.

Radiohead albums are always ahead of their time. To explain why, I developed what I call the âRadiohead conjectureâ. I buy the album and listen to it once, and invariably Iâm not sure how to process it. A year later, I listen again, and invariably find it to be a timeless masterpiece.

During an interview in 1996 Thom Yorke was asked about his thoughts on the 1995 movie Cluelessâs take on Radiohead, saying it was for crybabies. Yorke responded with saying that the character that says the line is one of many 2 dimensional characters, and the character that was listening to the song(fake plastic trees) is one of the few 3D characters. Afterwards he says âSo the answer is: F*ck you! Weâre for 3D people!â.
