I enjoy how if listened to closely enough, the bars of notes act like precusion and a chorus singing in the background accompanying the melody.
Hearing the commentary from someone who has experience in this field allows me to value this as a piece of music even more than before, so I'll also say thank you for taking an interest in this niche part of the youtube's music sphere!

OMG! This is the first time I ever seen someone doing analysis on a BlackMIDI in such a long time I since got involved in BlackMIDI. Thank you very much for creating such a valuable material for freshmen in this area!
We got tutorial out there on how to make note arts, but we are really missing tutorials on the melody part. Thanks for filling up this gap.

As someone who has been in the black midi community, as well as contributing with more smaller bmidi's, your analysis's are very in detail, way better than mine haha.
Black Midi's are mostly created in "Domino", a Japanese Midi Editor.
"2" (there are way more but I cut it down) components are needed, the Audio, and the Art. When the Art is removed, we call it a "Deblack."
There are many popular black midi's that you haven't found yet, e.g the Nuker Series, and 9kX2, and of cause, Pi.

I like that in this particular piece the composer stops the "black" part for a bit and actually is playing something that can be duplicated by a competent player. And then gets back into it.

I really appreciate how you take the time to analyze these midis and really try to understand them from the writer's perspective, that being said I would absolutely love to see you react to 9kx2 by TSMB2, it's generally considered to be one of the greatest black midi pieces of all time and written by a very respected composer
