I would say that you should take a look at Kumakki’s Black Midi Medley, it is insane and has 200 million notes.

As for if this song is from something, no, this song is a completely original composition by TSMB2, it is basically an extended remix of their own previous song "9K" which is 9 million notes.
I'm already seeing a lot of suggestions here, but as for TSMB2, I'd also highly suggest checking out The Destroyer, The Titan, and Pi by him.

You should probably check out a midi called "The UCMP A4", A combination of different black midis being 8 minutes long with over 50 million notes. I also think it transitions to different songs very nicely, So it's something to keep in mind for a future video.

You missed out the E dominant 7 chord that's apparent at the bridge and ending.
Initially, the song's pre chorus the 4 chords you mentioned (Dm | G | Em | Am). However, the bridge of the song uses an E7 chord in replacement of the E minor chord.
And for the ending she uses a different progression with A minor, E7, G major and D minor.
It is pretty rare to see songs nowadays use the harmonic minor scale, especially the dominant 7th
