Reference aside, this entire vid has opened my eyes to so much more about the MOTHER soundtrack than what I already knew about. Not once did I ever think Twinkle Elementary would be used in the Gameboy Camera's credits of all things. xD

Lots of stuff here I didn't know about! Also, to add to Reid's remark about the Giygas music, when I first played the game, the heavy metal part kicked in right at Giygas's first use of PSI Rockin on my party, the moment the damage counters started rolling. I'll never forget that. ... It couldn't have been more perfectly timed if it had been on purpose.
But yeah, great video, and of course I'm glad to see the Encyclopedia getting featured here :)
P.S. Excellent choice in throwing in "Dialima tu Kafe". That and "Keep It Short" have always been my two favorite remixes from Bound Together.

46:43 I used to have a doorbell that would play that chime, and I wondered what it was doing in Twinkle Elementary School. Thanks for clearing this up for me!

1:27:33 Did you hear about some of the Giygas samples being found? 2 of them (including the wailing guitar) were sampled from 2 different songs on an album called "Livonia" by the band "His Name is Alive".

I LIVE for videos with such heart. You did an amazing job grabbing my attention for this topic all the way through which I must commend. The MOTHER/EarthBound series has some lovely music, and I have been listening to it a lot recently, so I was very happy to see this video in my recommended.

I was familiar with some of the facts but wow, I had no idea MOTHER's confluence of musical homages would be this expansive; and when you got to the end and said this didn't even constitute half of it, I felt gobsmacked. Very eye-opening and very insightful, I know this must've been both a massive undertaking as well as a pain knowing all the copyright claims this certainly would get and thus would get no ad revenue in your pocket despite your efforts.

Apologies for the poor audio quality (especially given the topic.) This is the first time I have made a video of such a large scale, and I have virtually no experience with audio engineering. If you have any constructive criticism, please don't hesitate to let me know!
