Checklist:
โข A bottle of water, at least 1 liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate ๐ฆ
โข Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time ๐
โข Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone, ๐ง
โข a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well. โ
โข Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/ phone, a few pens, paper or whatever you need. ๐
Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy ๐
Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book.

Just wanted to let u know these playlists helped me so much while going to college in 2019-2020. I was having a really hard time and listening to these helped so much. During my panic attacks, before I went to bed, and during college while doing homework or studying Id always listen to your playlists, specifically this one actually. Even now I'm at work listening to this while I work.

It felt... amazing. It's one of those animes which impresses you in cinematography. I haven't felt like this in a long time.

An absolute masterpiece in cinematography a true piece of art the videography is stunning, the setting on mual is gorgeous (of course) and the material is very well presented as a relative new comer to this barefoot running โthingโ I was hoping for some solid fundamental instruction, as well as inspiration to continue on my fitness path I was not disappointed having tired of the ever present aches, sprains and other maladies associated with โnormalโ distance running my enthusiasm for running has once recently returned thanks to the barefoot approach was quite impressed with the authors who are a husband and wife team they have exude a truly genuine quality and are clearly passionate about the work they are doing not to mention they appear to be in excellent condition guess they practice what they preach
Canโt say this enough itโs an absolute excellent experience.
