Anotaciones con respecto a la traducción:
*Sing from the piano: literalmente significa "cantar desde el piano", pero yo lo interpreto como "junto al piano", es decir, que canta dirigiéndose a alguien que está lejos junto al piano, o es la impresión que me da.

*Cry over the love of you: en este caso la palabra "over" no significa "por encima" sino que lo que quiere expresar es un sentimiento más abstracto, quiere expresar que cuando piensa y recuerda el amor de la persona a la que ama, se producen en ella sentimientos de nostalgia, arrepentimiento, pena... por ello llora.

*I'll get around it: esta expresión significa, literalmente, esquivar o rodear algo, sin embargo, en la letra de la canción es el océano el mismo obstáculo y queda muy extraño poner "esquivaré el océano" ya que no es algo que sea posible; por ello he puesto "lo atravesaré" ya que el sentido que quiere darle Florence es que no le importa lo lejos que estén o los obstáculos que tenga que afrontar, ella seguirá adelante.

La canción fue escrita desde el punto de vista de Daisy Buchanan, enamorada de Gatsby, y muestra el arrepentimiento que sintió al abandonarlo.
