This is no joke.. I respond to things that others canāt hear or see.. sometimes I have to analyze the situation to see if what Iām experiencing is actually real or in my mind. I do jump while Iām in bed because I feel stuff walking on my bed. I had to learn to not respond out loud to whatever Iām hearing. It is exhausting to have what most people consider a normal day. Praying for you.

Truly thank you for this video. My husband has schizoaffective disorder and when he goes through an episode- you being able to put into words what you are currently hearing helps me understand what he goes through. Heās expressed in the past that heās heard almost the same exact things. His common one that he has is that someone is following him or stalking him. When heās in a bad episode heāll go catatonic. Itās truly a nerve wracking thing. I canāt even imagine what itās like to be the one experiencing it so thank you for sticking around to tell us your story. I know this video is from a few years ago, but I saw that youāre still active on here and that made me happy. When you said that the one voice said to unalive yourself the expression you had on your face was one Iāve seen on my husbandās one too many times. So thank you for sticking around. Thank you for not giving into those voices. Again, I canāt imagine what you go through on a daily, but as someone that is a partner to someone with a form of schizophrenia, it means a lot that you keep pushing and that youāre on meds. The fact that youāre also pretty aware of it helps too Iām sure. At least it helps my husband.

Just discovered your channel now.
My brother was schizophrenic throughout most of my life (sadly he passed a few years ago) and it wasn't easy watching him struggle.
He was a very kind-hearted soul that was dealt a crap hand, and what he had to go through was anything but fair.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us, I wish you all the best <3

My grandpa was schizophrenic and went blind so he would have yelling arguments with people and i felt bad for him because he truly couldnāt tell if the people were there or not.
