When vessel was a thing, I suggested a feature to them, they liked my feedback and decided to get in touch to me to talk more about it, the feature was a smart download function to allow users to watch content when not on wifi (a feature that youtube recently implemented btw), I had that idea because back then I would have very small Data Caps on LTE and could not watch videos on my daily comute, so I suggested that they develop a feature to download new videos from the channels I like automatically.
They really liked the idea, I was sent a Vessel Shirt as a thanks for the feedback I gave, however the feature was never realized, and vessel was bought and shut down months later.

Browser support for MP4 is pretty sweet. I have an old public domain moving streaming behind a login on my personal finance site as a proof of concept. What's hard is transcoding for different platforms to avoid wasting bandwidth. And then of course, having the storage, bandwidth, and processing power to do it all. For my POC, I have one MP4 in one size streaming.

Echoing some comments, I think you need better marketing. I think you should bring it to spotlight more to the main channel like you do with LTT Store.

I think getting someone who has some ui/ux experience to remake the float plane design would be a worth investment, even a freelancer for a one time gig would go such a long way. I only saw that index, faq, and login/singup pages, and it just does not look up to par with todays standards.
