"How to change your limiting beliefs?" This was never answered in the video. Rather bombastic.

I changed and dropped so many believes that was imbedded in my brain by my parents, once I grew up and had a good understanding of the world I realized a lot of those believes didn't serve me, they held me back instead! So I dropped so many of them! I'm building my new system myself!

I'm even more confused than before. Meaning: I'm logical, yet compassionate, sensitive and empathic. I've lost years of childhood and memories from many years. I've experienced a level of every emotional feeling from the lowest to finding forgiveness and healing. Reconnecting to myself. Allowing myself permission to re-evaluate everything I thought I knew or believed. Feeling weight fall off from letting go, understanding free will, appreciation for the lessons that came through contrast into clarity. Excited anticipation of imagination towards the wanted and realized unwanted...i never thought left brain or right brain. I've just accepted where I am and what has been so that those patterns eventually, hopefully expand into ever changing positive feelings of emotions , boundaries, standards, thoughts...

The only person who limit yourself is you. Do not limit yourself and you could see the successful you. Limiting oneself cannot help you achieve

I loved the part about the body mind connection. But there wasn't enough focus on actually HOW you change your limiting beliefs, which is the title of the TED talk. It would have been nice to spend 5 minutes on the philosophy of limiting beliefs and the remaining 7 minutes on the HOW to change your beliefs.

If the talker is reading this: The talk was good, interesting topic, but you kind of left off an important part HOW TO combine both sides of the brain. Also, the last words in every sentence was muted. As a public speaker, it is important for you to say the last word or two at a higher octave otherwise the public misses what you're saying & usually the main point. I'm from India too, and I love your style and your confidence. The elder, teacher & speaker in me decided to give you the advise above, hope you'll take it and work it in. ShineOn!!

Certain cultures pass on beliefs or a state of mind that can hold us back for a long time; Guilt for example, or being taught not to manifest for the things we want as that will often bring us bad luck. This was a good talk.

My subconscious tells me that I watched a 12 min advertisement without any advertisement And My consciousness asks me, how many people will google her to buy her service or to be her client coz of her good sales pitch.
