I appreciate how real this video is. Sometimes it feels like when I’m trying to get a grip on things is right when I get sick or feel depressed. At the same time, I am disappointed to see you acknowledging two separate times of feeling sick but still going out into public spaces, a gym and hot yoga no less. I don’t know your life not on camera but living in NYC not knowing how many people you could have come in contact with is irresponsible. Obviously, I’m glad you’re feeling better, but please practice better hygiene in public places, including staying home and masking if you must leave, ESPECIALLY when you KNOW you are sick.

Alia I've been watching your video's for about 3 years now. And I love seeing you going through all that you do!
So great to see someone online not trying to make everything look perfect. I loved your previous video (about happiness) and this one about like a life reset. Can't wait for what's to come ✨

omg i really love these new videos. the happiness one is definitely worth a watch!! it's fresh, it's something new, it's not your obvious things, so everyone go watch. i have fallen into a depressive episode lately right as the new year started and just now things are starting to look a bit better. but your videos always bring a smile to my face, there's just something about you :) and also, like you said it's good to show, that sometimes you can't show up bc life happens, but that's when it's important to listen to your body and mind and let yourself rest/do whatever you need. it's better to show this as opposed to if your week was a 100% "perfect" like you said, there is no such thing. you are real and that's what makes you unique here on yt

Loved this video Alia! I've been struggling to get back into fitness recently too, and this was a great reminder that it comes with ebbs and flows. Seattle has been having a chilly winter so far and it's been a struggle to get out. Loving your New York content, happy to see you and Yoni settling in 🥰

I am super jazzed for this! I loved how you incorporated your fitness and lifestyle when you were in Seattle. There was something very attainable about how you did things, it really felt like we were apart of your inner dairy, like we had access to you in a way that not many content creators can do. The magic is really in you talking through everything you want to do and then actually showing us the breakdown. And it doesn't have to be perfect at all, I honestly think it's just the way you talk with us about it.

It’s a great time of the year for starting your health journey afresh and I loved watching what you got up to and ate through the week. I’m in Australia and we’re still actively discouraged from going out when we’re sick, or at least wearing a mask if we have to. It’s freezing in NY at the moment so good to see you hitting the gym and yoga studio. I’ll stick to my air conditioned gym for now as it’s in the 30s C here. Your food looked great too. Keep it up!

This video was so good and it might be an insignificant detail for some people but seing you waking up at reasonnable hours like 9:20 just make me feel so good. I often feel bad seeing other morning routine because I can't achieve being a morning person, so I feel so motivated after your video ! And the editing was chef's kiss 👌

That last piece of advice at the end is so true… our journey to health doesn’t have to be a fast sprint… especially when the goal is to make it a lifestyle.
