I love that you are getting into bread making! I have 2 easy, but delicious recipes that I should send to you. The pro move for bread leftovers is to slice and freeze because it stays basically as fresh as when it comes out of the oven!
I just got into this basic sandwich loaf recipe that is my go to now. Simple but so amazing especially for dipping into soup.

Girl, I've lived in roughly the same area, like within half a mile, for going on 7 years now (I know because I recognize certain buildings, yada yada), and burn out comes with this area. It's a high pressure environment with a lot going on and a big emphasis on "keeping up". I love this area to bits and it makes me feel alive but it also comes with a lot of pressure externally that you then put on yourself. i am thinking eventually it's going to be time to move to brooklyn or somewhere quieter, but like you i have a serious case of FOMO and love being in walking distance of everything. warm wishes ✨
