There's a potentially negative outcome of the end of daylight saving time: seasonal depression. When we fall back, the sun rises and sets an hour earlier. That can disrupt our natural rhythm and cause seasonal affective disorder. Psychiatrist Dr. Sue Varma joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss how to avoid the possible impact.

Hi, thank you for the info. I just started noticing that I have been getting affected with Seasonal Depression the past three years. I can sleep almost all day with only being out of bed for maybe 4 hours tops on my days off. I noticed that I withdraw from social interaction, this was the point that made me realize what was going on. I am a people person. The withdrawal is more apparent observed by other people than I thought. I hate it!!!!
