One thing I've grown to love about your sessions is the lack of blaring adverts. Other people have them at the end. I've been blown out of bed on a couple of occasions, and daren't use them. So many you help - so much thanks - what can I add? I've been listening for years and you have kept me sane through not only difficult times but just through daily life. Reading all the comments it becomes obvious that even though sometimes we may feel alone in our distress there are always lots of people going through equally distressing and even worse times.
