Autechre with their AE_LIVE output has proven to be the most forward thinking musicians of our time. Even if there are artists that sound similar to them they were inspired by Sean & Rob.. they're the ones expanding the boundaries and changing the concept of music. Of course there are more musical acts that are interesting no matter the genre but Autechre sounds lightyears ahead of everyone in every sense. Hyper detailed music at its peak.
