If you do get this to market - consider making a version with this exact aesthetic - the white on pastel green, the no labels, the keyboard that looks like claymation. It just looks like something that wants you to play with it.

As a graphic designer: hats off to the whole art direction and visuals. Really enjoyed this.

I don't know why, but this is one of the most aesthetic and calming videos I have seen on the internet recently. Its how the instrument looks, what music it produces, and the way of you calmly talk about all of it, makes me forget about all of stressfull things I have to worry about right now.

I clicked on this because i thought the design looked cool, just to find out it's just a prototype - still one of the best designs I've ever seen

I’d love to hear a whole ambient lo-fi electronic album made entirely with this instrument!

SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!!! This is seriously epic. Massive well done on this concept and cant wait for it to come to a final purchasable product.

Interesting. This synth can inspire great ideas when one’s creative juices run dry. I also like the synth’s simple geometric design and mild color scheme. There isn’t a bunch of sliders and lights to distract from one’s creative flow. Nice job guys.

I am an absolutely noob on music theory so I don't understand 80% of the video, but it looks really cooler than other similar instruments. love it

As someone studying music theory I think this will REALLY help beginners with a way to easily visualise the theory without having to have experience in piano

4:37 made me tear up with Don't Go Changing. My first instrument was a Yamaha PSS170, purchased by my late grandparents, which had that as the demo song. Countless hours trying to learn Super Mario World songs at 5 years old on the warmth of their living room carpet; grandfather smoking his pipe, listening to Paul Harvey on his transistor, grandmother sipping cherry coke from a can through a striped straw & flipping through a Danielle Steel novel, their voices and living noises still faintly in my head. I've missed all of it. You just made those memories louder and clearer than they've been in a while. Thank you.

As an engineer and a musician this brings me joy. This was clearly built by someone who is inspired and passionate about both - this can be said about the whole music industry, but a lot of modern products lack the creative push and precise finish that you presented in your beta. Chords builder, bass and variation knob were beautiful concepts!

"Oh wow" would just be an understatement. This is freakng amazing. Even me with no musical talent would like to play around this piece of hardware.

you should definitely start a kickstarter to get this funded and manufactured, seems like heaps of people would love to see this come to life and be an available product! Myself included!

Even if Nopia wouldn‘t be a stand alone instrument, it would certainly be the most straight forward and user friendly way of making digital music

This is an amazing concept. This would be a huge, huge help to those who want to create music (beats, lofi, anything) but didn't have a musical education growing up. But alongside that, it would also be an invaluable tool for any bedroom producer, limited by space in a studio apartment with room for only a few tools on a small desk. I will absolutely purchase one of these if they go to market.

Love the drum features, that tends to be a thing missed or done wrong in synths and even daws at times. Great work!
