Gustavo Santaolalla and Röyksöpp are two of my favourite bands, and De Ushuaia A La Quiaca is one of my favourite songs, but I never knew they made this song together........ Which makes this my most favourite and most unexpected favourite song of all time!!!

Ushuaia a la Quiaca es un proyecto monumental, que no regístra antecedentes en la historia de la música argentina, y que sólo puede ser comparado con la labor de Alan Lomax, musicólogo e historiador estadounidense que recorrió su país en busca de las tradiciones del folk y el country, visitando músicos en sus propias casas y rescatando canciones olvidadas.
En total fueron 450 conciertos recorriendo cada provincia argentina, lo que dio fruto a este legado cultural. Poetas, maestros, alumnos, músicos, y la tierra misma, juntos en una película auditiva fascinante.
