What works for me is , first not be tired when im going to sleep ( sleep early but not too early ) , and i try to keep my brain awake by doing alot of calculations and things in bed before sleeping , and lastly nightmares really help bcz i can directly remember its just a dream and then i strat contralling

I was blocking my own lucidity from Fear of losing control and ending up in one of my usual nightmares.. recently I've started dreaming I'm lucid. which is rather confusing..but it's a step closer.. dream me knows lucid dreams exist now..and that its exciting I know theres more to come :)

I can naturally control time in all my dream thus being able to control the outcome of all of them, and I can also recognize most of the time that Iām in a dream and can freely wake myself up through the dream whenever I wantā¦ I donāt even know how this happened or what I did, but itās something I can do now and have been able to do for a while

?? I mean literally. I get those dreams once Iām a year. I fly from ground to the sky and see below all the roads people and where to drop myself as easily as bird. What a feeling!!! Amazing feeling and so real.

The way my latest lucid dream started was me doing something in the dream that maked remember a memory from real life

I did it through a tunnel of flashing lights with like what was a camera flashing on each side of me like I was going through a tunnel somewhere but I didnāt make it to where I was going I was awake but asleep at the same time
