I have shifted tonight and I am a master shifter! In my script I wrote that in my DR I smelled fire smoke and french vanilla. When I try to shift I can smell these things but thats it. I can not feel or hear anything and I just try to visualize me in my DR but I can’t get farther than scent.

when u said we need to be doing it for at least 20 mins i realised what was going wrong and how i was always close to shifting but never did: i always did it for at least 5-10 mins then lost patience and started wriggling around everywhere and eventually lost focus
