I'm a new listener, but from the very first frame, I felt a deeply personal nostalgia. Not just because of the masterfully emulated sound of the bubble-era, but because of the car! My late Grandmother bought a 1985 Toyota Camry a year later, it had been either used as a rental or a taxi. I spent my entire childhood riding along to the radio in that car, and years after she passed it became my car. I never drove it during a short milieu in Los Angeles, and it certainly wasn't any of the taxis I sat in the back of when visiting Japan...but for a second it felt like it could have been.
Thank you! For a visit to parts of my pasts that happened, and parts that were a dream.

Saw these guys live in Austin a few years back. There were like only 10 people in the crowd. At the end of the show, I asked Cameron if they take credit cards for their vinyls. He was like, nah we only take cash but take the vinyl anyways and Venmo me later. Super cool group of guys. I got their signed mahjong room vinyl hanging up on my wall! I love seeing that their fanbase is growing!
