Absolutely not. I specifically avoid pillows are blankets being anywhere near my mouth because nothing turns my dreams into a Lovecraftian nightmare quite like my nose randomly clogging up mid REM sleep and my mouth being blocked and unable to be a backup source of air.

Iβm 6 days into mouth taping (I am a chronic mouth breather when I sleep). I also started using the Neilmed Sinuflo twice daily. After reading Breathe by James Nestor and taking serious the information within, I can honestly say how life changing it already is. I cannot imagine how much more Iβll benefit after 30 days.
