I am so nervous to fly after my microdiscectomy (been 9months) .
This will be really helpful when I take my 17 hr flight coming iDecember. Thank you so much! I was wondering what kind of stretches I could do in the plane because most of my goto exercises either involve being on the floor or on the bed. Thanks again! Also any other tips on taking care of the back on long flights would be greatly appreciated .
