Processed meat isn’t nearly the problem that processed grains are.

Seen any Labrador around food? Given the opportunity, all labradors would be obese diabetics.

Anyone who had pets know that is not true.
All animals, if given the opportunity will eat a lot and will be obese. It's the environment we build that we have an easy access to food

No, most mammals where they have a constant year round abundance of food over eat to obesity. Dogs and cats eating nothing but processed food, their obesity is purely down to the control of the owner. They also will live longer with their processed food than the equivalent wild dog/cat.

Calorie balance remains king. You could get obese eating avocados (would be much harder than getting obese with highly palatable processed foods nevertheless still possible). However it is thermodynamically impossible to get obese if calories are controlled.

U cand find food in the store that is made from whole ingredients but its hard to shop ans read and change the foods that we habitually eat due to what our parents were feeding us. Even when I buy noodles, the ones who don't have enriched ingredients are more expensive 😢 make poison more expensive and whole foods cheape

If we could agree on one thing, it's that the MAHA mandate should move forward.

Animals don't have agriculture. Before agriculture was invented like 8000 or 9000 years ago, humans did not have diabetes or obesity either, but it not a good thing because humans had to face hunger all the time. They also die very young

Invent a device that integrated into the human body that stops unnecessary thoughts from entering the mind while engaging in productive activities such as studying, job interviews, cooking, business, learning to ride scooters, scooty, bikes, cycle, cars, e rickshaw, job doing, football playing, chess playing, badminton playing, carrom playing, meditation, yoga, exercise etc and even if we intentionally try to think about unnecessary thoughts this device stops those unnecessary thoughts from entering the mind but notice that this device has no negative side effects and make a rule all over the world that this device is free for everyone.

How do we know we're getting food from a good soil source? I'm not aware if this is a certification label, which may or may not be fudged, or too costly for a small industry with a wonderful product. If I walk into a store today and seek out only regenerative farmed food and protein powders, is that soil good today, or on it's way to becoming more nutrient rich in the future?

No, the beginning of proper health is your light environment. Animals evolve to their light environment. We did not evolve to live in the current light environment that we have. Andrew, you need to interview Dr Jack Kruse

This is not true. No other animals with obesity and chronic disease? Ask a Veterinarian.
