Therapeutic Life Coaching incorporates the principles of therapy and the goal setting of life coaching. Using the foundation of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Family Systems Theory, along with various health & wellness approaches, Therapeutic Life Coaching seeks to create a collaborative approach to human betterment. Through weekly sessions, I teach people how to take control of their lives by fully understanding their patterns and using innovative ways that fit each individual's life to create lasting change.
Topics within Therapeutic Life Coaching include meditation, fitness, diet, self-control, discipline, self-regulation, overcoming fear, expressing emotions, breaking through depression, learning new hobbies, and exploring one's life purpose, meaning, and overall happiness.
