Do you have any exercise's for Trismus the Physical therapist gave me some but it seems more painful than comforting and releasing the muscle locking my jaw not allowing me to eat or talk 🦜 like a Parrot and they don't understand why for Three 🕒 years to explain?

heyy I need your help please listen , yesterday while walking I felt itching on my right palm so I itched it a bit then that portion became stiff then after some time my index and thmb fingers became stiff , hard , numb and the area under the left hand's fingers on the palm ( the upper thmb section became stiff and today again my one of the fingertip has become stiff ... idk what is this called ,, i am so confused , and the same problem was observed in my lips too i means sometimes i just get an itch on the lip , so i just rub teeth to it and within few seconds that part gets swollen like hell,,plss help me out with this problem
